Custom Products

All Velto Pet urns are made to order based on the photo and details you submit. Once we begin production, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Photo Submission

You agree to submit a clear, well-lit photo of your pet. We are not responsible for the final result if the submitted photo is blurry, dark, or poorly lit. Our artists will do their best to capture your pet's likeness.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and design on this site are the property of Velto Pet and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Velto Pet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
