Production Time

Each urn is hand-painted by master artists. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production. We do not begin painting until we receive your pet's photo, so please reply to our follow-up email promptly after ordering.

Shipping Time

After production, your urn ships free, fully insured, worldwide. Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery: 3–5 weeks from order date.

Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum, no exceptions.

Tracking

Once your urn ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delays

Customs delays, holidays, and weather may occasionally extend delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged Shipments

If your urn arrives damaged, email info@veltopet.com within 7 days with photos of the package and the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
